非洲豬瘟(英文名稱：African Swine fever，簡稱：ASF)是由非洲豬瘟病毒(英文名稱：African Swine fever virus，簡稱：ASFV)感染家豬和各種野豬(如非洲野豬、歐洲野豬等)而引起的一種急性、出血性、烈性傳染病。世界動物衛(wèi)生組織(OIE)將其列為法定報告動物疫病，該病也是我國重點防范的一類動物疫情。其特征是發(fā)病過程短，急性和急性感染死亡率高達100%，臨床表現(xiàn)為發(fā)熱(達40～42℃)，心跳加快，呼吸困難，分咳嗽，眼、鼻有漿液性或粘液性膿性分泌物，皮膚發(fā)紺，淋巴結(jié)、腎、胃腸粘膜明顯出血，非洲豬瘟臨床癥狀與豬瘟癥狀相似，只能依靠實驗室監(jiān)測確診。
